United Scale has field service technicians available for on-site repairs and service agreements for preventive maintenance throughout most of the State of Wisconsin, Upper Michigan and the northern portion of the State of Illinois. Our on-site repairs are on a time and material basis including travel time and vehicle charges. You will be given an estimate of the repair before we proceed. Contact us for more information. |

United Scale has a state of the art in shop repair facility. Our in-shop service center provides rapid turnaround and quality repairs. We always provide a cost estimate to you first, along with an estimate of new equipment cost if your repair exceeds 50% of new value. We use UPS or appropriate freight lines to return the repaired items to you. If you choose not to have an item repaired, you can choose to have it returned to you or properly disposed of by us. |

United Scale is an ISO 9001:2000 and ISO/IEC 17025 registered company. Our service staff can calibrate your scale or balance in our facility by performing minor cleaning of your unit, checking the functionality of the unit, and finally calibrating the unit using weights traceable to NIST. As an ISO registered company, we can also provide an ISO Calibration Report at no extra charge, which will reflect your as found and adjusted calibration values. Our flat rate calibration fees are extremely reasonable. All fees are plus the shipping freight to return it to you. |
